History

Greg Friedman and Mitul Patel are the leaders of Peachtree Hotel Group. Since 1979 Mitul Patel and his family invested in, acquired, developed and sold individual hotels before forming Peachtree. Greg Friedman actively financed hotel projects with Specialty Finance Group for nearly a decade prior to joining forces with Mitul in July of 2009. With Greg Friedman’s finance background and Mitul Patel’s development and management experience, Peachtree Hotel Group has generated solid success within the hotel industry. Since inception, Peachtree Hotel Group has acquired and developed over $120 million in hotel assets.

The objective of Peachtree Hotel Group is to acquire and develop premium mid-market focused service and extended-stay hotel assets throughout the Eastern United States.

Senior leaders of our management arm, Peachtree Hospitality Management, have in excess of 70 years of collective operational excellence in both focused service and full service properties. Our growing portfolio includes Marriott, Hilton, InterContinental and Choice branded focused service properties in various markets.
